Do I need to be in shape before staring Boot Camp 360?

Classes are designed to challenge all fitness levels. Whether you are fit or haven’t exercised in years, everyone can benefit from this program. The important thing is that you begin as soon as possible.

What do I need to bring on the first day of Boot Camp 360?

All you will need is bottled water, exercise mat, and a towel. All equipment is provided.

Is the price for the class per week or per month?

It’s priced per month! Each Boot Camp 360 runs for 4 full weeks and then a new camp begins.

Are there any discounts when I sign up for another month?

Yes! On the second month of Boot Camp, you will receive a 12% discount off of the original price, and then on your third month you will receive a 25% discount. This 25% discount will be your new price from now on.

What happens if I miss a class?

Credits and/or refunds will not be offered on any package from clients who did not contact their trainer for a missed class (or if client missed class to sleep in). 3 and 4-day campers are encouraged to make up missed classes during the current session. You will have a full 30 days to take advantage of your credits. Please be advised that after 30 days, all unused credits become void.

I’m not a runner, is this class for me?

Yes. We have developed this program to increase your endurance with each class. Every person is at a different fitness level so every class is designed to accommodate this fact.

Where are the classes located?

We now have two great locations:

How many days each week does the class meet?

You can choose a five day workout schedule, a four day, or a three day.

How long is each class?

Each class runs for 60 minutes.

Is the instructor CPR certified?

Yes. Your instructor is CPR Certified and is a Certified Fitness Trainer.

What kind of exercises is used?

This program includes circuit training, muscle toning, free weights, toning bands, cardio, plyometrics, fat loss, and much more.

Should I continue with Boot Camp 360 after the first month’s session?

Yes! For optimum results, fitness should be a lifestyle. You will increase your strength, endurance and maximize your fat loss with each session.

Do I need to be a member of First Redeemer Church to participate?

All are welcome to join us. This is a safe environment for everyone interested in a new and exciting way to improve health, increase energy, tone muscles, lose unwanted body fat, and develop new friendships.
